# Billing & Plan management

Workspaces on the Professional plan can be billed monthly or annually. Opting for annual billing provides a 20% discount on the yearly price.

* Professional Monthly: \$**49/month**
* Professional Annually: \*\*\$40 per seat/month \*\**(billed annually*

## **Upgrading your workspace plan**

## **Switch from Starter Monthly to Professional Annuall**y

  <Step title="On the Professional plan, set the billing period toggle to 'Annually' and click 'Upgrade’" />

  <Step title="Upon confirmation, an immediate invoice is generated for the upcoming year. The cost is based on the number of seats selected at the discounted annual rate of $40/month per seat" />

## **Switch from Professional Monthly to Professional Annually**

Admins can switch a workspace from Professional Monthly to Professional Annually at any time. This change takes effect immediately.

  <Step title="Upon confirmation, an immediate invoice is generated for the upcoming year. The cost is based on the number of seats selected at the discounted annual rate of $40 per seat per month" />

  <Step title="The number of seats is updated immediately. You can either add more seats for editors or downgrade them to viewers if you have removed seats" />

A prorated amount for the unused seats for the remainder of the current billing period is deducted from your invoice.

### **Switch from Professional Annually to Professional Monthly**

Admin can switch a workspace from Professional Annually to Professional Monthly at any time, but the change will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

### **Cancel a switch from Professional Annually to Professional Monthly**

When you switch your billing period from annual to monthly, the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period, giving you time to reverse your decision.

## **Downgrading your workspace plan**

  <Step title="Click 'Downgrade' on the Starter plan. If you are on the Enterprise plan, please contact sales" />

  <Step title="Upon confirmation, these changes become a scheduled event and will take effect at the end of the current billing period." />

## Canceling a downgrade from Professional to Starter

Admins can cancel their downgrade request before the end of the current billing period.\
When downgrading from the Pro plan to the Starter plan, your existing images will remain unaffected.
