# Setting up Teams

You can utilize Teams to set up additional collaboration spaces where multiple team members can collaborate and design either in public or private.

## Setting up a new Team

1. **Start creating a new team** — Click the **+** icon next to "Team" in the left sidebar.
2. **Name the team** — In the "Create new team" dialog, enter a team name.
3. **(Optional) Add a logo** — Click "Change logo" to upload one (recommended size 256x256px).
4. **Set access to Private** — Under "Access," use the dropdown to control who can see and work in this team. The default is "Everyone in workspace"; change this to restrict it to only specific people.
5. **Invite the specific users** — Under "Invite members," type a name or email and hit Enter to search, then select the member from the dropdown. Repeat for each additional person.
6. **Finish** — Click "Create team" to finish, or "Cancel" to discard.

A couple of notes:

* Only Workspace Admins and Org Admins can create teams, and only Team Admins/Workspace Admins/Org Admins can invite members or manage settings.
* If you've followed these exact steps and it's still not working on your end, that points to more of a bug than a documentation gap, worth digging into further.
