# Workspace Structure

## **Organization & Structure Terms**

* **Workspace:** Top-level company container holding all users, teams, and data.
* **Team:** Shared space within a workspace that holds folders and files. Controls user access via *Invite-Only* or *All-Workspace* settings.
* **Folder:** Organizational container within a team or *My Files*. Holds no individual security permissions
* **File:** Document item stored in a team or *My Files* containing both Workbench and Studio views
* **Workbench:** Collaborative, infinite canvas used for uploading, generating, and sketching
* **Studio:** Isolated layer-based editing environment accessed by double-clicking a canvas generation
* **Members:** All registered workspace accounts regardless of assigned role
* **My Files:** Private, user-specific storage area inaccessible to other workspace members
* **Recovered Files:** Admin-only location where a deleted user's *My Files* assets are moved for re-assignment or permanent deletion
