Workbench is Vizcom’s visual workflow space — built for exploring ideas through iterations, prompts, and animation. For apparel and footwear teams, it’s ideal for organizing seasonal ranges, aligning on design direction, and building presentation-ready concept boards.

Creating a Workbench File

1

Open Workbench

You can access Workbench in two ways:
  • Select Workbench from the Studio menu, or
  • Go to New File → Start in Workbench from the Home screen
2

Name your file

Use a clear naming convention to stay organized across a season — e.g. SS26_Womens_Outerwear_Concepts.
3

Start building

Inside Workbench, structure your range exploration by inserting:
  • Assets — upload trend references, hand sketches, fabric swatches, or Studio renders
  • Text blocks — add seasonal briefs, material callouts, or buyer feedback
  • Sections — separate categories like Tops, Bottoms, Outerwear, or design phases like Concept, Edit, Final
Use Workbench to build concept boards for line reviews — bring renders, references, and annotations together in one shareable space before presenting to merchants or leadership.
