Keep your visual building blocks organized and reusable across files and projects.
The Asset Library lets you save, manage, and reuse colors, images, prompts, and collections so you always have your core visual assets at hand — helping you maintain visual consistency, speed up workflows, and support collaboration across teams. And with @ referencing in Modify, everything you save is now one @ away from any generation.

When to use the Asset Library

The Asset Library is a centralized collection of reusable visual assets — including Colors, Color Palettes, Images, Prompts, and Collections — that can be easily added, managed, and reused across your Vizcom files and projects. It’s designed for:
  • Designers and teams who reuse visual elements often
  • Users needing consistent colors, materials, or image references
  • Workflows where shared visual assets enhance brand cohesion
  • Team collaboration across files, phases, and iterations
  • Designers who want to save and reuse prompt language developed while working in Vizcom
  • Teams building product or brand references they want to carry across projects and iterations
To access your assets, simply open the Assets tab in the left sidebar or in the Workbench toolbar. This brings all asset types into easy reach for reuse and editing whenever you need them.

How to use the Asset Library

1

Open the Asset Library

2

Browse Existing Assets

See all saved Colors, Color Palettes, Images, Prompts, and Collections available in the current file or from shared libraries.
3

Add a new asset

Click the ”+” button next to any asset type to add a new one.
  • For Prompts: paste or type your prompt text and give it a name.
  • For Collections: upload up to nine images and add a name and description.
  • For Colors and Color Palettes: add swatches or name a group of colors.
  • For Images: upload as JPG, PNG, and more.
4

Name & Save

Give your asset a descriptive name so you and your team can reuse it easily. For Prompts and Collections, this is also what you’ll type after @ to reference it in Modify.
5

Use in your designs

Drag assets into your canvas, prompts, or reference panels to populate your designs consistently across files. Or type @ in any Modify prompt to reference any asset directly in a generation.

What lives in the Asset Library

Colors

Individual color swatches. Add your favorite colors to keep them accessible across files and generations.

Color Palettes

Named groups of colors. Save a seasonal palette or brand color system once and reference it by name in any Modify generation — Vizcom applies the exact values every time.

Images

Reference images uploaded as JPG, PNG, and more. Use them as visual inputs or reference them in Modify prompts.

Prompts (new)

Reusable prompt snippets. As you design in Vizcom, you develop language that works — prompts that nail the lighting, the material, the finish. Save them here so they don’t disappear when the session ends. Reference a saved Prompt in any Modify prompt using @ followed by the Prompt name. Best for:
  • Prompt language you’ve refined over multiple sessions
  • Style instructions you want to apply consistently across projects
  • Prompt language developed elsewhere that you want to bring into Vizcom

Collections (new)

Groups of up to nine images saved as a single referenceable unit. Use Collections to teach Vizcom what a specific product, brand, or style looks like — not just from a single frame. Reference a Collection in any Modify prompt using @ followed by the Collection name. Best for:
  • Multi-angle product shots to anchor object consistency across iterations
  • Brand moodboards or visual identity references
  • Style or material references for a recurring project
The more focused and curated your Collection images, the more coherent and predictable your outputs will be. A tightly edited set of product angles will outperform a broad, mixed moodboard. Pair a Collection reference with clear prompt language for best results.

@ referencing in Modify (new)

Type @ in any Modify prompt field to open a live, searchable view of your asset library . Browse by category or keep typing to filter to a specific asset. Select one and it becomes an active reference in your generation. Supported asset types: Colors, Color Palettes, Images, Prompts, Collections.
1

Open @ referencing

Place your cursor in any Modify prompt field and type @.
2

Browse or filter

Browse by asset category or keep typing to filter to a specific asset name.
3

Select and reference

Select an asset — it becomes an active reference in your prompt.
4

Generate

Continue prompting and generate as usual.
Referencing an asset works as a vocabulary mechanism — Vizcom treats the referenced asset as a definition of the term you use for it. This is particularly useful for brand-internal part names or unfamiliar terminology the model wouldn’t otherwise recognize.
Availability: Modify prompt fields in Workbench and Studio.

Where Assets live

Tips & FAQ

Use the Asset Library to centralize colors, image references, prompts, and collections that are reused across projects — especially when working with teams. The more you put into your library, the more every generation inherits.

FAQ:

  • Can I access assets across multiple files? Yes — on Pro and Enterprise plans you can use My library and Workspace sharing for cross-file access.
  • What types of assets can I store? Colors, Color Palettes, Images, Prompts, and Collections are all supported asset types in the library.
  • How many images can a Collection hold? Up to nine images per Collection.
  • Can I reference any asset type in Modify? Yes — Colors, Color Palettes, Images, Prompts, and Collections are all referenceable in the Modify block using @.
  • Where do I create Prompts and Collections? From the asset library — find the Prompts or Collections section and click + to create a new one.
