Organization & Structure Terms
- Workspace: Top-level company container holding all users, teams, and data.
- Team: Shared space within a workspace that holds folders and files. Controls user access via Invite-Only or All-Workspace settings.
- Folder: Organizational container within a team or My Files. Holds no individual security permissions
- File: Document item stored in a team or My Files containing both Workbench and Studio views
- Workbench: Collaborative, infinite canvas used for uploading, generating, and sketching
- Studio: Isolated layer-based editing environment accessed by double-clicking a canvas generation
- Members: All registered workspace accounts regardless of assigned role
- My Files: Private, user-specific storage area inaccessible to other workspace members
- Recovered Files: Admin-only location where a deleted user’s My Files assets are moved for re-assignment or permanent deletion
