Yes. All users retain full copyright over the content they upload, design, or generate using Vizcom. Whether you’re on a free or paid plan, your creations are always yours. You’re free to use them for commercial projects, freelance work, full-time employment, education, and more.Can Vizcom see what I upload and generate?
For paid users:- No. Vizcom cannot see or access your uploads or generated images. Users on the Professional, Organization, and Enterprise plans retain full design ownership and benefit from complete content privacy. All uploaded and generated content is protected with robust encryption and strict access controls, and Vizcom adheres to SOC 2 compliance standards. This privacy policy also applies to users who are trialing a paid plan.
- Yes. Uploads and generated images may be visible to Vizcom. Vizcom retains the right to use free-tier user content and designs to operate, promote, and improve the Vizcom platform.
Does Vizcom use my uploads and generated images?
For paid users:- If you are subscribed to a Vizcom Professional, Organization, or Enterprise plan, you retain full ownership of all uploaded content and generated designs. As a paid user, you grant Vizcom a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use your content only as necessary to deliver the paid services. Paid plans provide a higher level of control, ownership, and content protection. This includes users trialing a paid plan.
- If you are a free user on the Vizcom Starter plan, you retain the copyright over the content you upload and the designs you create. By using the Starter plan, you grant Vizcom a non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide license to use your content and designs solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving Vizcom. This license expires if you delete your content or your account. You continue to own your content at all times.
